Compliance first. Every section of your tender, graded.
Auren gives you a compliance scorecard that grades each section of a tender response against the applicable Australian procurement frameworks. A bid must meet an 85% compliance threshold before it is flagged ready. Two tiers: Draft at A$490 per month, and Certify at A$1,490 per month with a credentialed human review.
Auren assesses compliance completeness and advises on response quality. It does not guarantee compliance with any tender, and it does not guarantee or predict the outcome of any bid.

Section scores
Illustrative sample tender. Auren ships with a demo workspace so you can see the full flow before you upload anything of your own.
A scorecard, not a black box
Three distinct things, never conflated: how completely each section meets the mandatory requirements, whether the evidence behind every claim is there, and advisory guidance on response quality.
The compliance scorecard
A compliance scorecard grades each section of your tender response against the applicable Australian procurement frameworks — 9 frameworks in the library, federal and state. Each section gets its own grade for mandatory requirements and supporting evidence, so you can see exactly which section is short and why.
The 85% compliance threshold
A bid must reach 85% compliance completeness before Auren flags it as ready. Below 85%, the outstanding mandatory clauses and missing evidence are listed section by section. The threshold measures how completely the applicable requirements are addressed — it is not a guarantee of compliance, and not a prediction of the bid outcome.
Drafting held to the scorecard
Draft section by section with the scorecard live beside you, flagging a missing modern slavery statement, Indigenous procurement commitment or WHS declaration as you write rather than after you submit. Guidance on how persuasive a response reads is advisory only, and kept separate from the compliance assessment.
Jurisdiction aware
Auren reads the tender and works out whether it is Commonwealth, NSW, VIC or QLD — then shows exactly what changes if you adapt the same response elsewhere.
Evidence locked to claims
Each substantive claim opens an evidence slot. Missing or unverified evidence is surfaced — to you first and the reviewer second — never hidden.
Audit trail by default
Every rule check, score and guardrail trigger is timestamped and stamped with the rule-library version in force at the time.
Compliance-Verified badge
On the Certify tier a credentialed reviewer signs off: frameworks checked, per-section scores, reviewer credentials and a hash of the audit log.
Intake to badge, in one workspace
The same tender flows from intake through drafting, section-by-section compliance grading and human review.
Intake
Paste, link or upload the tender from AusTender or a state e-procurement portal. Auren detects the jurisdiction and builds the response structure.
Draft & grade
Write with a weighting-aligned word budget while the compliance scorecard grades each section against the frameworks that apply to that tender, updating as you go.
Certify
Reach the 85% compliance threshold, get flagged ready, then send for human review. Reviewed responses receive a signed Compliance-Verified badge.
